Dave seems to be the fan favorite, but Miguel is the real MVP for me. He may not speak much, but his focus and craftsmanship say everything - every cut is clean and consistent.Whether it’s a haircut or beard work, he takes his time and you can tell he genuinely cares about the end result. My son went in this morning, 4/27/26 and he is not an easy child, he screamed and moved and caused a lot of trouble, but this barber shop was absolutely amazing, they went through 4 barbers trying to take care of my son and all were really sweet. Leo at the end really gave him attention, and tried to calm him down. I can’t thank this team enough for dealing with this first thing in the morning. We have been having a lot of trouble getting his hair cut and we are looking to find a barber who can handle him. They gave my husband great advice to try and get my son over this fear of getting his hair cut. If you are looking for a barber I would suggest this team highly.

As someone that appreciates high end environments, this is by far the BEST barbershop I’ve been to. Very picky with who touches my hair, but the owner asked clarifying questions and ensured my expectations were exceeded. Already looking forward to my next visit.

Great spot for kids and adult. Our son has been going to Dave for a bit now and I love how Dave genuinely is happy to see him and chats with him. Our son refuses to go to anyone else. Highly recommend! (And lollipops are a bonus 🤪)

Miguel always seems to do an amazing job with my hair (Mini Afro). He is careful, attentive, detailed and always checks in with me to ensure my haircut is going the way I’d like it to go. Really awesome barber, would recommend to family and friends, especially the locals! I’ve been to Edge (another barbershop on Pulaski) and they are just not as good I found. I’ve also been to the Prince (another shop on the same strip) and he is not as personable or professional as the barbershop at Mass Barbershop. Will see you guys again soon!

I called ahead the night before to make an appointment. They were able to book us an appointment for the next morning. I was super stressed about picking a shop for my son's first haircut. He's only one and a half and they assured me that they were very ready to handle that. Leo was our barber and he was wonderful. He took the time to introduce himself to my son before putting him in the chair. He made sure to let him feel all the instruments before they were on his head. He went slow and stopped when he felt he had to. My son never cried. He was able to put a toddler YouTube video on the big screen TV playing some silly Christmas music. That was super helpful in keeping him calm. He also had a couple little cars for him to play with. The haircut came out better than I could have hoped. He was great about asking us how we wanted it and helping us get the right look. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a good boy's haircut. Also want to note he did a scissors cut for our son with just a little tiny buzz on the sideburn area. I was worried if you went to a barbershop they would immediately just pull out clippers and buzz his head. But they were very happy to just trim it up with scissors. Can't wait to take him back for another cut
