Asked for a quote for three windows based on an advert on Facebook. I always try and go local instead of national companies and so I was more than happy with the quote, had excellent explanation of the type and security features . Survey booked a week later and today now looking at a very old house with brand new draught and noise proof windows with absolute minimal damage to the external render, which I expected to be significant. Clean tidy polite hardworking young man that installed these.Thankyou EGS

I just want to say a massive thank you to Energy Glazing Solutions Stafford for coming to my rescue after my windows were put through a few weeks agoThe service and support they gave was absolutely incredible, they stepped in straight away and went way further than above and beyond to help.Within a couple of days we were made to measure and replaced.I honestly can’t thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism.This was understandably a really stressful time and Sam and Damien were absolutely incredible.It’s not often you come across a company that genuinely cares about people, but these guys really do. 🥰Thank you again !!!!

We have had an amazing experience with EGS from start to finish.Sam came round, took measurements and provided the quote. Absolutely no pressure sales at all. He listened to what we wanted, was very patient with me when I was deciding on the types of glazing in particular windows.He gave us a realistic idea as to when they could be fitted and kept us updated throughout the whole process.Fitting day arrived and I cannot praise Nathan and Jordan enough. They were work horses, they didn’t stop.I expected to have some mess and be cleaning for days but they were so tidy. At the end of each day they vacuumed and tidied where they were working…More importantly their workmanship was superb… I cannot fault anything they have done.All in all the whole experience has been amazing. We will be using this company again to have glazing work done in the sun room and I wiuld definitely recommend them to friends and family.If I could give them 10 stars I would.Fantastic company and fantastic team 😊

EGS have just finished completing an install of 5 windows and a composite door to my property. I could not be happier with the end product.When we were indecisive about our choice of door/windows they didn’t pressure us into any hasty decision, they simply allowed us the time needed and a second visit to reconfirm our choice.They kept us in the loop during the production process which helped with peace of mind and Sam was approachable at any time for any concerns we may of had.There was no hard sale, and it is clear that EGS are passionate about what they do. The installation team are second to none, the end result speaks for itself, adding a second day to the install because they wanted to make sure it was perfect.Would highly recommend their services to anyone who want's high quality windows/doors for their home!

We have been very impressed by the company so far: the costings have been very fair for the quality of the windows and door we have purchased today. The timetable for survey and completion is speedy and efficient. The finance options available were explained fully and there was no pressure to make a decision. Had a window and set of french doors fitted by EGS, the whole process was very smooth, they are competitively priced with no ridiculous “I’ll just ring the boss” sales techniques that are employed by a number of other window firms. The fitters were respectful, made a very good job of the fitting and left the site clean and tidy. As far as window companies go EGS are a breath of fresh air, would definitely recommend.
