These guys go above and beyond what they needed to do for us. Our warranty company was given us the run around about their rules and Chuck and his team told the company what we needed and not just fixed the part that was broken but made sure we would not have to worry that it would break again.

They communicated clearly with us about timelines, options, and pricing from our very first call forward --- everything was super clear and easy to understand from diagnosis to repair and they even explained everything in detail as they worked. I felt cared for, as a customer but also as a person. They even offered to wear masks when they came inside without my having to ask because we were masked. They didn't upsell or play games just fair, honest, and transparent pricing and service from start to finish. It is hard to gain my loyalty, but they've got it -- we will call Whetstone for all of our heating and cooling needs so long as we're in Pima county! Highly recommend to everyone, and even more so if you don't know a ton about heating and cooling systems (they're not going to rip you off or judge you like might could happen with others). We will be calling them back for our water heater and for our tune ups again this year (and of course for any repairs we might need down the line)!

They tell it like it is and won't try to upsell you like many other companies do --- they'll let you know what your options are, what the costs will be, and the advantages/disadvantages of each option are in their professional experience, without any pressure. They show up when they say they will and they get the job done right. I'm not someone out here singing the praises of every company on the internet, but these guys will get my recommendation and my business every time. Joey and Charles did an awesome job replacing my AC/furnace system. They came and looked at it and replaced it within a few days. They were affordable and offer a good service and parts warranty.
